Rocky Road is a classic flavor and I wanted to put my own spin on it.

Typically rocky road ice cream has mini marshmallows in it; I use marshmallow cream.

Usually dark chocolate ice cream, ours is a nice milk chocolate.

Our name is spelled differently. We are Coloradans and the Rockies are the beautiful mountains we see in the distance.
